We collect the information needed to respond to coverage requests, manage route availability, and operate customer accounts. This can include your name, email address, phone number, requested coverage dates, route details, messages, account login information, and administrative notes related to scheduling.

2. How We Use Information

We use submitted information to review availability, communicate about bookings, send account emails, prevent abuse, maintain security, and keep internal records of requested or completed route coverage.

3. Service Providers

We use a small set of infrastructure and communication providers to run the site:

  • Microsoft 365 and GoDaddy for domain email and mailbox services
  • Resend for transactional SMTP email sent by the website
  • Cloudflare for DNS, bot protection, rate limits, and security logs
  • Linode VPS hosting for the website and database runtime
  • GitHub Actions for deployment automation and operational history

4. Retention and Backups

We keep booking, account, and admin records only as long as needed for business operations, dispute handling, security review, legal obligations, and backups. Backup copies and security logs may take additional time to expire even after active records are updated or removed.

5. Your Privacy Requests

You may ask us to access, correct, delete, or suppress use of your contact information. We may need to verify the request before acting on it, and we may retain limited records where required for legitimate business, security, tax, dispute, or legal reasons.
